For metals, the warmer tones of brass, copper, and gold have dominated in recent years - however, we've been seeing a resurgence of chrome, silver, nickel, and stainless steel, proving that cold is once again cool. Applications in lighting can either look highly polished, or understated in a brushed finish, both complementing interiors which utilize neutrals and primary colors.
