Park place is an existing 180,000 SF office building with 14,000 SF floor plates across 13 floors. Located two blocks from the Rosslyn Metro Station and the new Central Place plaza, Park Place provides superior visibility with easy access to the R-B corridor, downtown DC, the Pentagon, HQ2 and Reagan National Airport. The new lobby, lounge, conference center and fitness center were complete in Q1 2021.

The reimagined ground floor delivers an open concept with a green wall feature behind the reception desk and an abundance of natural light. The space includes a modernized lobby, indoor-outdoor gym, open meeting and working spaces, as well as a coffee bar. The look and feel of the new space is very inviting and provides a restorative environment for work and play.

The Pedrera and Calibre contemporary side tables pair with the Caristo High Back Lounge Chair and the Collar Lounge Chair in the main reception area as a beacon of upscaled comfort. As an authorized dealer for Gubi, Wendelbo, and SP01, Haute Living offers contemporary chairs and tables for both residential and commercial projects.
