Designed by Emre Yunus Uzun, the Elefant Console is a study in grounded presence. Oversized cylindrical bases, softened edges and deeply textured linear carving give the piece a weight that feels deliberate rather than imposing. Substantial in scale and rooted in solid wood craftsmanship, it is furniture that prioritizes material integrity over trend.
At Salone del Mobile 2026, Van Rossum introduced new furniture and mirror designs presented within a restrained, gallery-like installation by Creative Director Thomas Haarmann. The collection reflected the brand’s continued commitment to FSC-certified oak, material integrity, and enduring craftsmanship. Discover a selection of Van Rossum pieces now available through our showrooms in Chicago's River North Design District, New York's Chelsea neighborhood, and at our new 88 Madison Avenue space on Designers Row in NoMad.
The Kompas Dining Chair, designed by Pieter Maes, brings the same material rigor that defines Van Rossum's wider collection to the dining room. Solid oak construction and a considered silhouette make it the kind of designer dining chair that anchors a table without overpowering it, purposeful in form and uncompromising in craft.
The Elementis Sofa pairs architectural structure with the warmth of solid wood, resulting in a piece that reads as both enduring and refined. Desgined by Thomas Haarmann, it is the rare upholstered sofa that photographs like sculpture and sits like a sanctuary, bringing together comfort and craftsmanship with equal conviction.
Designed by Pieter Maes, the Patine Mirror earns its name. Its surface is worked to a depth that most mirrors never reach, finished with such patience and material intelligence that it reads less as an object than as a quiet presence in the room, functioning as a deliberate spatial decision as much as a functional one.
Shaped by geometric rigor and a sculptural handling of volume, the CDN Coffee Table condenses an architectural way of thinking into compact form. Designed by Milan-based Greek architect Niko Koronis, it brings a firmer, more structural reading to Van Rossum's range, a contemporary luxury coffee table that holds its ground in a considered interior.
Amsterdam-based visual artist and designer Vito Boox arrived at the Datsu Dining Table through the logic of growth, erosion and decay. Developed through digital design and realized through traditional craftsmanship, the oval form is shaped by softened contours and swelling volumes, a contemporary designer dining table that carries its material story in every curve.
Designed by Casegoods, the Adjacencies Console Mirrored pairs solid oak with a mirrored surface to quietly expand the room around it. Its rectangular form and pronounced grain remain characteristic of the Adjacencies collection, raw material expression held in deliberate, measured structure.
Pieter Maes's sculptural Bracci Armchair, his first piece for Van Rossum, was conceived around the notion of an embrace. Its delicately curved backrest wraps the sitter with the kind of quiet consideration that defines the best upholstered furniture, a designer armchair that feels resolved from every angle.
