Showroom Appointments

As of June 8th, 2020, the Haute Living showroom will be open to the trade and public by appointment. We have rearranged our showroom to accommodate a new type of shopping experience. Our by appointment business will allow you to work individually with one of our experienced Design Sales Associates, or explore the showroom on your own where our staff will be available if assistance is needed. We limit our showroom appointments to only two groups at any given time, and no more than three people per group, providing an enjoyable and safe shopping experience.

Virtual Appointments

Enjoy consultations with one of our Design Sales Associates from the comfort of your home. Our sales team will be on-hand to give virtual tours (via Zoom, Skype, etc.), demonstrate comfort features, view fabrics samples, show design details, or simply discuss your design project.

How to Book

Book your appointment by writing to [email protected] with a message about your meeting preference, in-person or virtual, as well as your design meeting goals. Our team will be in touch to discuss the appointment and to ensure that we have all of the necessary information and details available in preparation for your upcoming meeting.

A Safe Environment

The safety of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance. Our new showroom layout will ensure that social distancing measures can be adhered to with ease. We will only take two appointments at a time and we will provide hand sanitizer and face masks at the entrance. Showrooms and products are cleaned regularly and after each appointment. We strictly follow all of the CDC's safety measures for the new retail environment.
