Jan’s New Sofa is based on elements that can be combined in many configurations. Linteloo sought to create a comfortable sofa that easily changes its looks. It found a factory that makes beautiful, very soft linen, which we used for the removable covers. This makes it possible to revitalize the sofa completely, just by changing the covers. It is a sofa that is a clear invitation to enjoy life: sitting, sleeping, talking, relaxing.
What do rattan, eclectic patterns, and mixed materials all have in common? They all appear frequently under the category "Bohemian design." While many other design styles rely heavily on rules, the Parisian-born "bohemian" style embraces creativity, self-expression, and non-conformity. Made popular by artists, authors, and actors, modern-day bohemian design pulls inspiration from handmade pieces, vibrant colors, and a variety of materials.
With the Maraca Lounge Chair, Sebastian Herkner created a very special object for Ames, inspired by traditional Colombian hammocks. Its natural colors and ethnic designs represent the pure joy of life – so Maraca is a real eye catcher.
The "Elettra" Lounge Chair by Arflex was born from a studio of architects, city planners, and designers, including Gian Luigi Banfi, Ludovico Barbiano di Belgiojoso, Enrico Peressuti, and Ernesto Nathan Rogers. Their first project of note was in 1946, after the war and the loss of Banfi: The group undertook the planning of the reconstruction of Milan. The project was named the A.R. Plan at the Ninth Milan Triennale, to which one can trace the birth of Italian design. The studio's office and communal area furnishings, along with home furniture, was first created in the 1950's. The "Elettra" chair features a striking, architectural frame that is offset by plush cushions.
The Ample Armchair (also available with ottoman) by Sebastian Herkner for Linteloo has a strong silhouette and character, in addition to being extremely cozy. The padded seat is placed on a wooden structure and the soft cushioning gives you the feeling of an intimate place with many possible seating positions.
The light of the Strikha Pendant Lamp designed by Victoria Yakusha of Faina leaks through the pattern of the willow vine, pouring the heat of a Ukrainian village into the home. The design radiates warmth and pure light, even in the darkest days of winter. "Strikha" in Ukrainian means "straw roof."

The flexibility of rattan – its ability to be bent and shaped at will – is at the heart of Tove Kindt-Larsen’s vision for the Grace Lounge Chair for Gubi. The rattan flexes under the weight of the sitter, adding another layer of support as it adapts to the contours of the body. The result is a daring balance of elegance and informality, resulting in a piece that will make a bold statement as it casts playful shadows across any interior space, while welcoming those who regularly curl up inside it like an old friend. And its natural robustness helps ensure that the chair has longevity – this coupled with the care that goes into its craftsmanship means that the Grace Chair might survive for a century or more.
With the Muyska Rug, ames presents a hand-woven wool rug collection designed by Mae Engelgeer. The pieces showcase the Dutch designer’s signature aesthetic of geometric, abstract patterns, here expressed through overlapping stripes and colors gently fading into each other – an effect that’s actually woven into the fabric.
The Tavli Dining Table from De La Espada is a solid wood dining table with a tabletop that features a decorative joint detail: each plank in the tabletop is shaped with an undulating edge, creating a continuous, repeating geometric pattern across the length of the table. Named after the backgammon Tavli board, this table reimagines the decorative wood detailing of its namesake.
Designer Sebastian Herkner's artisanal blown-glass pendant with a plissé textile diffuser was inspired by a flamenco dancer’s traditional silk shawl, the "Mantón de Manila.”
The addition of a fabric layer lends texture and shadow play while it gently filters the illumination.
Parachilna offers Manila in 2 sizes, in either matte gold or graphite electroplated steel with the inner fabric diffuser in beige or grey fabric and the blown glass outer in transparent or blackened transparent glass.
Nature puts down roots around the head and body of the Bodhi Container Table by Marcel Wanders, growing a wooden hem around its top and a pleated wooden skirt around the base, accessorizing with all the purity and warmth of solid oak.
