The Laurameroni Drapé Collection drew plenty of oohs and aahs at Salone - and the Drapé Lounge armchair and two-seater Sofa have continued to charm audiences at our New York showroom. The unexpectedness of the pleating makes each piece a one-of-a-kind look that is casual yet luxurious.
Each year brings a myriad of new design ideas and inspiration to the world of modern and contemporary furniture - and this year has been no different. Last month at Milan Design Week, Salone de Mobile and 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen, many of Haute Living’s preeminent brand partners launched new collections. We are especially pleased to already have some of the newest design finds on display in our New York showroom.
Lounge and dining chairs from NORR11’s playful Hippo series have also made their way to New York. In Copenhagen, NORR11 launched a fully upholstered version of the lounge chair, bringing a top-to-bottom softness to the design.
Tacchini made waves in Milan with the launch of the Dolmen Table, a collection of low-lying, pink-hued tables crafted from historic Italian marble resulting in masterpieces that are refined as they are rugged. The Dolmen tables will be Stateside later this year.
Danish brand Gubi is marking the 100th birthday of famed Italian designer Gabriella Crespi with the Bohemian 72 Collection. The homage collection is crafted from timeless rattan and reflects Crespi’s aim to unite indoor and outdoor living. The sofa is in our New York showroom now.
Frigerio has added a stool and bench to their popular Huli Collection designed by Milan’s own Frederica Biasi. Like the Huli Lounge Chair that sits casually in our Chelsea showroom, the collection is made from rich walnut canaletto or ashwood with a braided rope overlay.
