Industrial Appeal

"Pris" is an all modular lighting system that can be configured in a multitude of simple or complex installations for home and work environments. Each Pris fixture is created with a set of length-adjustable linear arms that attach to jewel-shaped connectors. The linear arms, fitted with up and down diffusers, provide ample and warm LED light. The jewel-shaped connectors form the basis for the Pris system and help create an expandable language of visual geometries.

The concrete "HAUTEVILLE Counter Chair" designed by Henri Lavallard Boget for Lyon Béton, draws inspiration from iconic mid-century design with a modern twist. Constructed with a concrete shell and rebar legs, the concrete chair’s composition brings to light the unique qualities of industrial materials and repurposes the unpolished, raw materials to create a minimal and contemporary chair. Despite the use of unconventional materials, the chair has an incredibly ergonomic and comfortable seat, while ultra-fine sanding gives it a smooth finish. Versatile enough for practically any space, this minimalist design will leave an impression everywhere it goes.

Through globalization and the constant expansion of opportunity via the Internet, people are on the move and their interest and allegiance in all things is short-lived. The concept word for the "Trash Me" table lamp design is transient. Like our current global culture, it is a product that is ephemeral.

Phase Design's "Wired Bench" features the same stunning metal work that is prevalent throughout their catalog that is available with a wood or upholstered top and a variety of base options. This bench can be special ordered for outdoor application.

The "Vik" lounge has a low seat, carried by a light pipe frame. The clearly visible construction and elegant contours – caused by the unbroken lines – provide the chair with a dynamic quality. The comfortable back supports refer to car seats and also determine the three-dimensional shape of the seat, which is made of foam and hand-crafted in several layers By making optimal use of traditional production techniques, no expensive mold was required, which kept the chair affordable.

The concrete "Verveine Coffee Table" by Lyon Béton creates a fun and interesting imbalance to the contemporary design of the coffee table with a cubed cement base and a squared glass table top. Allowing your books, magazines, and objets d’art to shine.

The concrete "Nuclear Plant Holder", designed by Bertrand Jayr for Lyon Béton, is directly inspired by the cooling towers of the nuclear plants, the iconic figures of nuclear energy but with a lighthearted touch. The Nuclear Plant offers an artistic antithesis between nature and human’s environmental abuse, it puts the energy transition in the middle of our daily concerns. Nature reclaims its rights.

“Our ambition was to design a pendant with a simple industrial feel, but which was still elegant and poetic.” The "Copenhagen" pendant is an exercise in contrasts. Combining the classic and the modern, the maritime and the industrial, it is a new pendant developed by Space Copenhagen for &tradition. Following the success of their first collaboration, the "Fly Lounge" series, &tradition has worked with Space Copenhagen again to produce a pendant range in matte lacquered metal, one of Space Copenhagen’s first lights to enter production.

The "Nido" chair mimics the shape of a bird's nest, creating a space to unwind and relax. Its circular form is unique in shape, and sits in contrast to its simple, linear legs. Because of its extreme lightness, fiberglass is suitable for indoor use. However, it is also resistant to rain and sunlight, making it ideal for outdoor use, too. Each chair is made from a mold but is then hand-sanded, painted, and polished. This manufacturing process ensures every "Nido" is unique, peculiar, and individual.
