Since 1978, Spanish design company Mobalco has been passionate about developing an experiential kitchen environment, changing the way we live through smart, innovative, authentic, and quality design products. From their collaborations with leading chefs on the design of their kitchens; to their use of marine-grade materials for their water resistant qualities; to its exceptional mortise and tenon joinery and dovetail assembly; every Mobalco product gives attention to even the finest of details, fusing centuries-old knowledge of traditional cabinetmaking with pioneering technology.
It is for these reasons and more that Haute Living is proud to exclusively represent and excited to introduce, Mobalco.
It can be said that designer Vladimir Kagan’s work eludes categorization due to its amoebic form, and eschews interpretation by its mere simplicity. Much more sensual than any modern from that preceded it, Kagan's singular design language was born out of a love of painting and sculpture. This affinity for fine art, an edacious work ethic, and master craftsman skills propelled Kagan into the stratosphere of modern design.
Haute Living is delighted to have candid conversation with Vladimir about his life, his work, his writing, and the future of Vladimir Kagan Design.
